By accessing this website, downloading software packages or executing utilities published by PyPie Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and our software.
Software Distribution & Licensing Structure
PyPie Studio develops and distributes software across distinct licensing and operational models:
Open-source repositories published by PyPie Studio (such as NodeRadar Pro and unslop-windows) are distributed under permissive open-source licenses (typically the MIT License). Your rights to inspect, fork, compile, modify, and redistribute code are governed strictly by the respective repository license.
Freeware, standalone executables and free tools provided by PyPie Studio may be used for personal or commercial workflows free of charge. Unless designated as open-source, these tools remain proprietary to PyPie Studio and may not be disassembled, reverse-engineered or re-hosted without permission.
Commercial software releases, professional licenses, paid utilities and premium services published by PyPie Studio are subject to product-specific End User License Agreements (EULA) executed at the time of purchase. Commercial licenses grant non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the software in accordance with purchased tiers.
The PyPie Studio name, logomarks, trade dress, website layout, documentation and artistic works (including the character mascot PieChan) are proprietary intellectual property. No trademark license is granted without prior express written authorization.

System Modification Acknowledgment
Software utilities such as unslop-windows make direct modifications to local operating system configurations, background services, scheduled tasks, and installed application packages.
- Operating system alterations involve technical risks depending on hardware configurations existing third-party software, and enterprise group policies.
- Users are solely responsible for verifying data backups, creating system restore points and reviewing script actions prior to execution.
- PyPie Studio does not guarantee that modified operating systems will meet your specific operational requirements or operate without interruption.
Acceptable Use & Responsible Network Auditing
Network discovery and monitoring utilities (such as NodeRadar Pro) perform active network queries, Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) sweeps, ICMP ping latency measurements and TCP port inspections on specified subnets.
- Authorized Environments Only
You represent and warrant that you will execute network scanning and diagnostic utilities solely on networks and systems that you own or where you have obtained express, documented authorization from the network owner.
- Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to deploy PyPie Studio software for unauthorized network reconnaissance, vulnerability exploitation, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts or any activity that violates computer crime statutes or international telecommunications laws.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PYPIE STUDIO, ITS MAINTAINERS, CONTRIBUTORS OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OPERATING SYSTEM INSTABILITY OR HARDWARE FAILURE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS WEBSITE OR ANY SOFTWARE PUBLISHED BY PYPIE STUDIO, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
